In H Production we focus our energy on delivering excellence in a focused key market segments such as Corporate, Government, Private. The Corporate sector is of particular interest because of the diversity it brings for our creative and rigorous execution capabilities. We love to work with brands to build and enhance recognition and identity through association with great experiences and exceptional communication. We recognize the importance and influence of the Government sector across the UAE and invest heavily to ensure that our core competences are aligned to meet the rigorous demands of this sector where our role is typically, but not exclusively that of Principal Event Solutions partner. Private events which require discretion and elegance are a specialty of H Production. Our portfolio includes weddings, private parties and meetings which require VVIP treatment.

It’s unlikely that the best solutions are the first ones shouted out. We believe in the process of building and believe deeply that every idea is the beginning of something, we just have to recognize that the time and environment for a new idea to flourish has to be right too. To fail to plan is to plan to fail as the saying goes… but it’s not just a saying it’s TRUE! We are rigorous in our planning from timescales to resources, the alignment contracts and agreements and integration of our solutions.

This is often the long lost cousin of the property delivery cycle. We believe that it is mission critical. We gather all key resources and providers together and step through the whole delivery cycle before we commence . We talk through timelines and demand and challenge, we ask question and seek clarification from all project managers, resources providers and stakeholders. This step always flushes out unforeseen issues. We also conduct a table scenario session to establish failure mode and effect with the authorities and public services.
The outcome is that we revise our plans before execution.

Our execution is delivery though a Bronze Silver and Gold Command structure. If required we set up a control room and ensure that all key responsible operators are connected with radio. We have early morning pre-meetings and evening wash up sessions to review lessons learned. We stay close to the customer and work hard to ensure that their experience is highly positive and that we take care of the inevitable bumps in the road.

We always insist on conducting a review of the projects we’ve just completed in order to analyze the overall process and to configure the steps for further improvement and bring us closer to reaching above and beyond in Customer Satisfaction.
